Southeast Vegetables Process

Our idea, in bringing together our expertise in Marketing, Transport and Logistics, and most importantly Farming, has allowed Southeast Vegetables to have a major impact on Irish root vegetable production.

Liaising with our compliment of farmers, we schedule all aspects of soil preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilizer and other applications, until the decision to harvest is made. We then transport from the field to our local plant.

Scheduling all aspects of cultivation means that Southeast Vegetables ensures we wash, grade and pack sufficient volumes of product to fill orders by our customers.

We can respond immediately to fluctuations in demand, and ensure our products are en route to our customers within 24 hours from harvest.
