We Grow

Growing for the Irish market demonstrates the commitment of Begley's to excel in our field. With up to 700 acres under cultivation we are one of the largest producers of vegetables in Ireland.

Our growing operation in centred in the South East of Ireland. In an area without any previous history in field scale vegetable production, our investment of time and by providing the necessary finance, we have succeeded in gathering a large acreage around a new, purpose build vegetable washing, grading and packing plant.

We supplement Irish vegetable supply with Potatoes and main season Broccoli in Co. Meath, where we have the facilities to grow, grade, wash and prepack for the consumer.

Organic Irish vegetables are available from Wexford, Wicklow, and Meath where, in partnership with the farmers, we provide our customers with their Irish organic selection.
